How do I request a cleaning estimate?
Getting started is easy! Call, text, or complete our online estimate request form. Tell us about your space, location, and cleaning priorities. Photos can also help us understand your needs. We'll work with you to develop a personalized cleaning plan and provide a free estimate.
How is cleaning priced?
We offer flexible hourly rates and budget-friendly cleaning packages based on your property's size, condition, and cleaning priorities. All appointments have a minimum charge equal to two hours of service. Contact us for a free estimate tailored to your needs.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay for your convenience. Applicable Pennsylvania sales tax will be included in your final bill.
Are you insured and are your team members background-checked?
Absolutely! NEPA Cleaning is insured, and our Mom Crew members are background-checked and drug-tested. We take your trust and peace of mind seriously.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies & equipment?
Yes! We bring the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your appointment, including vacuums, mops, disinfectants, glass cleaners, and degreasers. We simply ask that you provide trash bags, paper towels, and a sturdy step stool. If you prefer a specific product for a special surface, just leave it available for our crew.
Do you offer one-time and recurring cleaning?
Yes. Whether you need a one-time refresh, a deep clean, or regular help keeping things tidy, we've got you covered. Flexible scheduling options include daily, weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, monthly, and seasonal visits, depending on location and availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! You're welcome to stay home while we clean, which can be helpful if we have questions. If you'd rather be out, or have an appointment we can arrange access through a key or other agreed-upon method and lock up securely when we're finished.
Do you offer hoarding cleanup & organizing assistance?
Yes! We provide compassionate, judgment-free cleaning, sorting, and organizing assistance for properties affected by hoarding. Junk removal and hauling are available through our sister business, NEPA Cleanouts. You do not need to use NEPA Cleanouts to book our cleaning services.
